Is it possible to open a row without opening a block?

Is it possible to open a row without opening a new block? That is to open for example 2 - 3 row in one section?

Here is an example:

<section class="info" id="info">
    <div class="container">
      <div class="row">
        <div class="col">
          Example
        </div>
      </div>
      <div class="row">
        <div class="col-lg-12">
          Example 2
        </div>
      </div>
    </div>
</section>

Need! This is the standard bootstrap grid:
First comes the container (.container), inside it are the rows (.row), and inside the rows are the columns (.col).
If you want to create your own grid inside the column, then add row and create columns inside it.

<div class="container">
  <div class="row">
    <div class="col"></div>
    <div class="col"></div>
  </div>
  <div class="row">
    <div class="col"></div>
    <div class="col">
      <div class="row">
        <div class="col"></div>
        <div class="col"></div>
      </div>
      <div class="row">
        <div class="col"></div>
        <div class="col"></div>
      </div>
    </div>
  </div>
</div>
