Is it possible to officially recognize and block domain names that someone has registered for my passport data?

Tell me, is it possible to officially recognize and block domain names that someone has registered for my passport data? whois can hide identity by replacing the domain name registrar. No one will give access to accounts in which my passport data can be used. Do not contact every domain name registrar with a request to delete, if you have?
What are the possibilities and what to expect from such unpleasant situations?
This may also apply to renting servers, VPS and other things (and do not forget about storing and reporting data for six months under the current legislation of the Russian Federation - this will be asked from a person thus substituted). Of course, you can sit and wait until something pops up on its own and, in fact, sort it out. But still, what opportunities does an ordinary person have?

No way.
And as soon as you find out that someone has registered a domain under your passport, say thank you, because restoring access to your domain with a passport can also be done through technical support.

How is your desire to know about your domains ... different from your desire to know everything about a person? I doubt that you will run around the world with your passport and present it on demand to different registrars! So you can use this scheme to harm other people. So?) So there is no such scheme)
