Is it possible to notify when a client connects to Capsman?

I ask for help in writing the following script:
There is a working Capsman, it is necessary when the client's MAC address appears / disappears (Capsman - Registration Table tab, because the dhcp server is not configured on Mikrotik), there was a notification about this by email.
