Is it possible to mount a PI image to a Linux machine as a partition?

Greetings!
There was such a problem, when reconfiguring the network on Rock PI, I accidentally shot myself in the foot and blocked the ability to control it with a firewall. The problem is that the existing PI does not have video outputs, I have nowhere to connect the UART. There is a computer running Linux and a card reader. Is it possible to somehow mount the FS from the armbian image to this computer in order to fix the config?
