How to use ssh on windows for linuxoid?

How to use ssh and a terminal on Windows for those who are used to working under Linux? Is it possible through the power shell somehow?
It is desirable without any subsystems and virtual machines.

With Windows 10 came the Linux Subsystem for Windows. After that, putty forgot like a bad dream.

On Windows I use XShell, free for non-commercial.

1. Git comes with git-bash
2. Instead of mintty (which came with git-bash), it's better to use ConEmu, or even better FAR+Conemu
Just run Far in Conemu and write commands in FAR. And a text editor nearby, and auto-completion, and command history, and scripts from it.
