Is it possible to modify pre-built Bootstrap templates?

Ready-made Bootstrap templates that are sold can be modified to fit your needs? Change the names of sections, remove unnecessary menu items and generally change them to suit your project.

They change in 99.99% of cases, because rarely fit 100% percent
