Is it possible to merge two hard drives into one local drive?
Good afternoon!
Tell me, is it possible to combine two HARD drives into ONE LOCAL?
I will have two 120 GB SSDs, I want Windows to see them as one local drive C: 240 GB in size. Is this even possible?
Thank you.
UPD: I already have one 120 GB SSD, Windows Server 2008 R2 is installed on it, I want to add another SSD to it, and make a C: drive 240 GB in size.
UPD2: This is necessary so that a certain system file has grown to a size of under 50 GB, and continues to grow. It cannot be deleted or moved. That is, it must continue to grow and at the same time continue to be written to an additional hard drive.

It seems to me that you have a complicated and dangerous approach (Striping on 2 disks in a server is not very good. Do you backup the system regularly? Then you can still think about it). If for some reason (most likely far-fetched) the file cannot be transferred, then it is better to transfer the entire system to a larger SSD, or transfer it, as a last resort, to RAID0.
If you are going to install an OS, then you should configure the software RAID of the motherboard, here is a googled instruction:
