Is it possible to manage OS X (your account) through Windows while another account is running?

Hello! There are many programs and services for remote control of OS X, but I'm interested in a slightly "non-standard" way. There are two user accounts on a MacBook. Is it possible to manage one of them through Windows while one user is already working under his own account on the MacBook?
