Is it possible to make the site as private property?
I have always been interested in this issue from a purely theoretical (legislative) point of view. Here, for example, you have a database and a domain at the same time. It is clear that you can contact the police about the base. But how to prove that this base is yours?

And here is private property, the domain cannot be stolen if it is registered to you, if it was transferred to another account, then you can file a written or online complaint with the registrar and it will be returned, I do not know the cases when the stolen domains were not returned by letter, only the case when nothing is known the person did not do and the domain was not returned.
Well, databases are already security and information protection, theft is a criminal offense, a lawyer will probably deal with evidence in court, not you.
