Is it possible to make the process of building a network map automatic?

Welcome all. The question arose whether it is possible to make the process of building a network map automatic + graphical representation of the links.
Let's say I'm a provider and I want to monitor the situation of equipment connections in the network.
Input data: all possible relevant protocols (everything I could find on the Internet), STP, RSTP, CDP, LLDP, LLTDP, NDP, and I also know that I have equipment from different manufacturers on my network, let's say it will be Cisco, HP , Alcatel, Allied Telesis, D-link, ... there is no unified network control system due to the use of different protocols.
Perhaps there are already solutions for such cases?

In general, many systems are able to automatically build maps, the question is the quality of the result. Almost everything needs to be added. But it will still turn out faster than drawing several thousand communication nodes by hand.
From myself I could recommend the domestic nocproject

Discussed on nage http://forum.nag.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=56433, but there is only an algorithm. If there are many vendors, then cut nocproject
