Is it possible to make the Chinese external Numpad work in macos?

I have a cheap numpad from fixprice. Works under windows.
The poppy refers only to the skins of numbers. The operating system does not catch the actual switching
and additional arrows, etc. does not work.

Quite fastistic to make the chords work. The modifier is held down on the bluetooth keyboard and the numpad button.
