I have a task: in one B24 there is a sign by which you need to select data from another B24.

I tried to connect 2 files with the rest api, so that they would not be confused, I renamed the class, but it does not work

What is a "rest request"? This is a normal HTTP request to a specific URI with access data.
Therefore, I answer your question: you can make almost immediately (there will still be a delay, albeit a small one) requests even to several Bitrix24.

If you are talking about the CRest library that is officially supported by Bitrix, then it does not provide for the execution of requests to different Bitrix24.
You still have to refine it.
By the way, not a single library out of the box provides you with such opportunities.
