Bitrix24 (free plan) For free. How is the person responsible for the new incoming assigned?

An incoming call from an unknown number is always routed to the same extension (102). I would like to manage it somehow. At the same time, in the telephony setup there is a user group in which the sequence is set in which 102, generally at the very end.

Zadarma tech support says it's a CRM issue. Since when you turn off the option to direct calls to the person in charge, it sends it as it should according to the Zadarma scenario (Without pressing).

Somewhere information flashes that the direction goes to the user through whose portal the integration was made. Is this true or am I missing something?

The order of the employees in the bitrik queue does not matter, they can arrive at any number
Remove the queue in the bitrik and make the call come to one and check the box - Automatically change the person responsible for the lead, when manually redirecting the call to another employee

Deleted the group of telephony users in the CPM, in which the queue of employees was registered.

The call went according to the order set in Zadarma's PBX settings. But the manager responsible for the CPM for the LEAD is still the manager tied to the number 102, although the call goes to the manager with the number 100. At the same time, since I have a simple version of the CPM, the leads are immediately converted into a Deal + Contact - the person responsible for the Deal and Contact, the one who answered call. In this case, the manager with extension 100.
