Is it possible to make nas from the second router?

Hello!
Interested in such a question, in fact two ...
I have a main router with a permanent IP.
Can I connect a second router to it via LAN-LAN and run a NAS on the second router (access to the USB drive inserted into it) remotely via the Internet? Locally, everything can be done, but without access to tyrnet

I can remotely connect to the first router via IP, but not to its USB. I opened port 21, forwarded port 21. But when I connect ftp:\\IP, I connect not to USB, but to the system files of the router (the first Innbox E70 Iskratel router)

And the second question just follows from what was said above. Why can't I connect to the USB drive of the first router remotely?

@Drno

It is possible, but it will be a slow NAS,
why you get when you connect not to USB - you need to look at the settings of the router itself, what options there are to connect to USB, and do not forget that usually in the FTP settings you need to specify which folders are allowed when connected
"Locally everything can be done , but without access to tyrnet" - here you get to USB? What router is this - the main one or the second one?
