Is it possible to make friends with MikroTik RB4011iGS + RM with a 1Gbit sfp module?

There is a MikroTik RB4011iGS + RM in the specifications it says support for SFP + (tobish 10). But as practice shows, SFP + connectors work great with SFP modules, it's just that the speed is 1, not 10. On the contrary, it will not work by itself.
So, I stick the module into the Mikrotik port is not active, I connect the cable, the link lights up. I naively assume that there is a link, but on the second side they say they do not see the link and do not see my equipment.
This is my first time holding Mikrotiks. Is it possible to somehow understand whether it has sfp support and whether the port is wound up? When I plug in an optical cable, it seems that some bytes jump on the interface every 10 seconds, but not so actively when I plug a copper laptop into it.
Perhaps out of the box everything is closed there and you just need to change the default rules. Then the question is what rules to change and whether it is possible to somehow make a rule where everything is allowed to everyone. Just to understand the matter in sfp or in the router settings.

I have a Lukey 702. It has been working for about 5 years without any complaints.

If unpretentious without a hair dryer, I would choose Hakko t12. If you want to get confused, then you can assemble a station similar to 852D + yourself.
