Is it possible to make continuous numbering of "likes" for the entire site?

Hello dear developers!
Is it possible to somehow set up the block in such a way that the likes of one social network from all pages of the site are summed up and one general value is shown for the entire site, and not for each page individually? We are talking about the "Share" block from Yandex. But you can use any option.
