There is a LiveReload plugin that syncs your Sublime Text with the browser. The plugin is installed both in the browser and in SulimeText. I think it will not be difficult to open the console in the browser. I haven’t heard about embedding a browser with a console in SublimeText and I don’t think there is such a thing, since it’s counterproductive.
