How to customize key behavior in Sublime Text 3?

How in Sublime Text 3 to make it so that on the Tab key, if the character following the cursor is ", ' or >, the cursor jumps over it? If there are no specified characters, then the standard behavior. Similar functionality is present in Visual Studio 2015.
