Is it possible to make an Angular app work reliably in IE?

Good day everyone! We developed a small project in Angular 4, the backing consists of PHP scripts and servlets. We started testing for the IE family, polyfills, of course, were involved. TS-code, which works without problems in Chrome and other browsers, constantly freezes on requests to scripts, sometimes requests do not work at all for some unknown reason. Is it possible to guarantee the stable operation of an Angular application in the IE family (versions 9.10 are relevant)? Or for IE to rewrite the application on another framework that gives more stable code (and faster!!!) code? Is it worth it, excuse me, or maybe we will put in a lot of effort, and in the end we will burn out for the simple reason that we will not achieve stable work with Angular under IE? Thank you.
