Is it possible to make an adaptive image through flexbox?

The task is next. There are two blocks on one line. Text on the left, picture on the right.
The height of the image should be equal to the left block. The problem is that when the text runs out of space, it wraps to the next line. Is it possible to make a picture imitate it?)

Emulate the same height of the blocks using js or create a container in which you will wrap these blocks, and set the height of the block to be equal to the height of the container.
