Is it possible to make a Windows installer for a program written under node.js?

There is an idea to make a program with a web-muzzle running under node.js.
Is it possible to make an installer for such a program so that node js is installed along with what I write?

You can compile the application into one executable file, which will not require you to install anything extra.
