Hello, tell me how you can make a script for google chrome that will independently take data from an Excel file and enter it in two lines (name and phone number) on the site, press the confirmation button and get a positive answer. Then open a new tab again and do the same thing!? Thank you!

You can do it.
What is 2010? what hostings...
Import into google sheets (google sheets), write a script on tampermonkey with api google sheets connection and work from any tab.
You can also study the cloudy office from Mikes, maybe there is a free one for the web and a convenient api. Didn't use it myself.

If the excel file is hosted and you can reach it with a regular GET request, then google about Snippets in your browser.
