Is it possible to make a router in a container for two docker grids?

Actually, I want to raise two grids in the docker on one host, and route (and firewall) through the container.
Preferably without any additional capability.
I didn’t google right off the bat.
Is it even possible like that?
Has anyone seen something similar?
