Is it possible to make a redirect for the site if it is in a folder?

Hello, the situation is this, there is a site example.ru/folder
When you click on the logo (main /), it transfers to example.ru.
All requests come from example.ru
. Is it possible to make the site (without using absolute links) think that example.ru/folder is the root site?
