Many people know the "Virtual mobile number" services. Is it possible to organize a return option?
That is, I have a physical SIM card and someone in another country could use it (more precisely, a number) to work with instant messengers (Viber, WatsApp, Telegram, etc.) completely offline. Ideally, still sending and receiving SMS. Calls are not required.
Are there such services (at least paid ones), or maybe there is an opportunity to implement them somehow on your own?
