How to call mobile, landline numbers via OfficeSip?

Raised in the OfficeSIP network. Internal calls are working. But how to make calls to mobile, landline, international numbers?
I have a SIP number from a local voip provider (sip server, username-phonenumber, password)
How to set up local calls through this number?
