Is it possible to make a PC monitor out of a tablet by hardware?

I know it sounds silly, but still, is it possible to implement this? The bottom line is to connect the matrix directly to the motherboard by soldering, or make a VGA adapter, and then connect it to the board, the idea itself is interesting, I would like to make something like an on-board computer for a car, without a touch screen.
Note No. 1
I didn’t see a hardware method with them, only software, I’m interested in hardware refinement, so that only a display is used from a tablet, I found only how to convert a laptop monitor into a classic LCD monitor
The reason for the question, I found some old Chinese tablet working there is only a matrix in it and, apparently, half of the motherboard, randomly poked with a screwdriver, the display glows.
I removed everything and left only the matrix, I mean the touch layer.

It seems to me that the most logical thing would be to simply order a matrix with a controller somewhere on aliexpress or ebay.
They stand within a thousand, two.
You will definitely not find a VGA input on the tablet board. Making transitional ones is easier to buy a ready-made matrix.

To do this, at least you need to know the purpose of the display pins. Since the display is most likely a non-name, this idea will not succeed in your implementation. And what is your method of testing with a screwdriver?
