Is it possible to make a button for adding a site to bookmarks on your site so that the site is the first in the bookmarks bar?

I want that when I click on a special button on my site "Add to Favorites", my site gets to the user's bookmarks panel and always gets up in the first place in it. Is this possible to implement? How?
