Is it possible to lock screen on android?
Hello.
Please tell me, is it possible to lock the screen on android from your application? (not turning off the screen, namely locking with a password that my application will install).
If possible, I would like to see a sample code
Thanks in advance

Such applications will qualify as Locker and be added to anti-virus databases + it will not be allowed in Google Play.
Why do you need this?
Device administrators can do this. For example, in Kaspersky antivirus, the anti-theft function blocks the screen (and this was added to the playmarket, if anything) and can reset the password set on the phone (and generally disable the need to enter a password, fingerprints, face recognition, etc.)
great without root ─ constantly in the background, see if your application is running, if not, start it.
