Tell me if there is a method in alternative firmware or in stock firmware that will allow you to distinguish the phone between two users?
The task is to hide personal information from home, while being able to switch to "your" mode.
As I see it:
Enter the unlock code 1234 and get a limited list of applications and data on the device.
We enter the code 4321 and get full access to everything.
Roughly speaking, have 2 independent users on the device, and log in using a pin code or fingerprint.

The scope of application is not to carry a second smartphone for dating sites, etc., and if the wife took the phone and entered the code known to her, then the phone will not "give up" anything.

Programs for blocking individual applications are very clumsy in this case, if the wife sees the tinder in applications and does not even get access to it, questions and scandals are guaranteed.

This is called "Second Space" by Redmi, but as far as I know, you can't switch between them immediately from the start screen, or you can't activate the Second right away, you first need to go to the Main space, and only then switch from there to the Second, while blocking the First. Each has its own independent set of settings and applications. They don't interact with each other at all.
