Is it possible to link Telegram/Viber chatbots to analytics?

Hello. Question about chatbots and analytics. Can a bot pass utm-tags of a resource/get-parameters (or just an address) from which the user entered the bot? Example: I have posted a link to a chatbot on various sites and I want to track which resource I am being contacted from. Thanks in advance!

Only if done through an intermediate redirect. Those. the initial link you have goes to your own page, where you catch the utm-tag in analytics with a script and only then transfer the user to the bot.
