Change of design and a/b testing?
Hello everyone
We are planning to redesign the site and the question arose - how to smoothly make the transition from the old version to the new one, taking into account the process of testing the new design.
It is clear that, for example, at the start, 10% of traffic should be sent to the new version of the site. But the scheme, as some do, that part of the users are redirected to the NEW.domain.ru site is bad on the part of SEO (I don’t want users and search engines to see other than the main URLs).
Advise who did what?
Thanks

You create another view with a new design and with a probability of 1/10 send users to it.
But new.domain.ru is not in vain used because without it, your analytics will mix up data from the new and old design and you will not understand anything which is better and why.
You can't put two different analytics on one domain...
