Peer-to-peer traffic must pass by the Cisco SCE DPI/policer, because this piece of hardware has gigabit interfaces, which no longer satisfies the current needs of the network.
Is it possible to set up the functioning of this scheme on the existing hardware?

Peer-to-peer traffic needs to be allocated somehow, for example, by ports (6881-6889), but this is a rather weak crutch. You can also try to pick up the retracker and do some magic with it.
