Is it possible to learn ui/ux without a macbook?

I am developing in design, I am only developing, naturally there is no money for good equipment.
I know that Sketch is popular among ui/ux designers, but unfortunately it's only available on Macs.
Is it possible to learn ui/ux without a macbook? It is clear that everything is possible, but will it be justified in terms of time and benefit?

There are other programs as well. Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
