How to connect parts of an image?

I have a multiple image split into multiple parts with the same size (640x1000) and a vertical canvas of 640x5000 which is the same size as the whole image.

What parameter / script / function should be used to automate the process: so that when they are added to the canvas, they stand one after another (along the contour of the previous one, let's say)?

If the order is not clear from the file names, then it will be necessary to compare the percentage of coincidence of the border sections pixel by pixel. The parties with the highest percentage of coincidence follow each other.
