Is it possible to learn to typeset and code in LiveScript from scratch?

I have programming experience only in BASIC n years ago. I want to learn how to code in LiveScript (a friend praised me), can I learn it from scratch or do I need some kind of base? For example, js or something else. Well, layout skills would not be superfluous. Everything seems to be easier with her, and there are courses, and there is a lot of other training material.
upd. Friends, it is clear that you can learn how to build electric vehicles from scratch. Perhaps the question was not put in the right way. Should I immediately learn higher mathematics or first algebra with geometry, something else?

From scratch, you were taught to read and write at school. Take books on topics of interest and learn from scratch, but when there are specific questions, write here.

Why is LiveScript better than JavaScript? And most importantly, are there any vacancies for this language?

From BASIC to Haskell, original. Although it may even be for the best that you do not really have experience.
