Is it possible to learn Japanese from practice sites?

Hello. I have been programming in python for a while, now I want to learn c# at a good level. A little familiar with Sharp's syntax. Is it possible to fully learn the syntax by solving puzzles on websites? For example: CODEWARS, leetcode, etc.
The bottom line is that ordinary books or courses seem boring to me, and solving problems is more interesting + what no practice :)

fully learn the syntax

usually all the syntax is placed on a couple of A4 sheets, what is there to learn then? with knowledge of only syntax, no one will take a job for the norms
