Is it possible to learn c++ and write code in notepad++?

I would like to know if it is possible to write programs in nottepad++?
After all, there is a c ++ syntax

Absolutely not. Switch to any normal IDE. I recommend Visual Studio Code . Study the documentation, look at a couple of lessons on YouTube. It's much better than spending years on Notepad until you realize it's not going to work out that way. but time has passed.
