How to enable inheritance of system visual styles and colors in Notepad++ for the interface of the application itself, and not just for the code editor?

There is Win10 on a dark theme. There is NPP 7.9.1 which is displayed in a light theme. Changing the theme in the Settings/Style Configurator only changes the editor window, not the elements of the application itself. Here is an example in Monokai:

I.e. apps inherit the system dark theme. NPP is not.
I googled, but the solutions found do not affect the application interface, and again, only the editor.
So how do you put the entire NPP into dark mode?

Quite possibly not. It's just that the developers didn't bother to make it support inheritance of system themes. Many applications actually suffer from such things.
