Is it possible to integrate programming tasks into the code editor/IDE?

From time to time I solve programming problems on various resources like codewars, project Euler. their small drawback is only basic auto-substitution capabilities and no debugging. therefore, I often copy the problem into a regular code editor and solve it there. I wonder if it is possible to integrate tasks from some of the popular services with tasks one at a time or as a package, so that you can easily solve them in an editor like atom, IDEA, netbeans or similar. there is a similar one for python - https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/7991-checkio-... but I want to practice with other languages
