Is it possible to integrate Alice into a c++/Qt application?

The essence of the problem: there is a geoinformation application (sea navigation chart) on Qt. It is necessary to build routes with the help of a voice assistant and call any functionality of the application.
I found documentation on creating my own skill (essentially a web service), but as far as I understand, this will not solve my problem.

Alice's skills are about something else. You need to use the api built into the OS. For Windows or Macos, you can use Cortana or Siri. It seems that Cortana was not taught the Russian language. What's on the linux - xs.

You need something like this , only with a C++ SDK. The solution, as far as I understand, is open source, you can talk with these comrades.
