• Is it possible to scale the forms created in the designer (ui) or do I need to programmatically create all the elements?
  

ps The interface is made from QWidgets for desktop, and now it needs to be driven out for Android.

Seriously, it will be faster to rewrite the interface in QML than to get something sane based on Qt Widgets
