Is it possible to integrate admob into an application without hosting it on google play?

I know that simple use in the admob application is real, but I'm interested in Google's attitude to this. Will I be banned from admob, will I receive payments? Somewhere in the conditions this aspect is described,?

Described, not possible (Earlier when it was just limbo it seemed possible, but now admob comes from googgleservice
