I have Windows Server 2016 running Hyper -v. Is it possible to put vmware next to it, since it has more functions?

"Nearby" - how is it?
In dual block? - It is possible, but it is pointless - only one thing will work.
Inside Hyper-V - Possible, but pointless - will work slowly and crookedly, if at all.
And on the topic of "more features" - I personally agree with you, but in general it's a terrible holivar, almost like "Linux vs Windows"
