Is it possible to install sublime without admin rights?

I want to install sublime text at work, but alas, I do not have administrator rights.
Are there installation options without rights or an adequate alternative to sublime (something better than a standard notepad :) ) ?

Try installing Sublime on drive D instead of C.

But what operating system are we talking about? It's just that if it's about windows, then in general if there is an option to select the installation directory, you can simply select the user's directory. All the same, usually under Windows they pack with all the dependencies.
