Hotkey for shrink/extend selection in sublime text 3?

JetBrains products have very convenient and intuitive alt+up & alt+down hotkeys for expanding and narrowing the selection, but is there an analogue in sublime? Googled "shrink/extend selection in sublime text 3" and none of the suggested hotkeys work. Perhaps there is a separate plugin for this with the ability to customize combinations, or is it still there out of the box? A frequently used combination that speeds up the work and in the sublime is somehow very non-obvious with this, unfortunately.
