How to change hotkey 'ctrl+shift+c' for item selection (Dev Tools) in Chrome?

By default, the bound key does not suit at all, because for me it is one of the most frequent combinations, after alt + tab. I would like to change it to something short, f11 is the same.
PS Most extensions allow you to edit keys, but mostly for normal surfing.

1. Go to "Settings" > "Experiments".
2. Check the "Enable keyboard shortcut editor" box.
3. Go to Settings > Shortcuts, hover over the command and click the Edit button.
