Is it possible to install SASS on Mac OS X without root privileges?

In my free time at work, I master layout, but my account does not have admin rights, which is reasonable and justified from the point of view of corporate security. Is there a way to install the preprocessor compiler in such a situation, or is there only one way out - to put down whiskey to our IT specialists?

Since formatting only works in new comments, I'll write here.
WebStorm gives the following errors:

/Users/user/.gem/ruby/2.0.0/bin/scss --no-cache --update ex-sass.scss:ex-sass.css
/System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/rubygems.rb:777:in `report_activate_error': Could not find RubyGem sass (>= 0) (Gem::LoadError)
  from /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/rubygems.rb:211:in `activate'
  from /System/Library/Frameworks/Ruby.framework/Versions/1.8/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/rubygems.rb:1056:in `gem'
  from /Users/user/.gem/ruby/2.0.0/bin/scss:18

Process finished with exit code 1

Where user is the user's local directory.
Changed scss to sass in File Wathcers - no difference. Similarly, I installed Compass in the local directory, but in the terminal for all commands: "sass", "compass" and "scss" - the answer is the same: the command was not found. Installing with the --pre option or upgrading the gem all lead to missing permission errors
-------------- Workaround
: incident57.com/codekit/index.html and mhs.github.io/scout -app
The koala-app.com program didn't work because it kept throwing an error popup while typing, which took the input focus from the IDE. Haven't tried other compilers yet.

Can. You just need to install it in your home directory.

gem install sass --install-dir=/Users/<username>/.gem/ruby/2.0.0
