Is it possible to install outdated drivers on modern versions of macOS?

Hello.
There is a very old Frontier Design AlphaTrack midi controller which is not a class-compliant usb device and drivers for older versions of macOS that are not supported by modern versions of the operating system (when trying to install them, the following error is displayed:

Is there any way to extract from .pkg driver installer and run them on High Sierra
