Is it possible to install multiple IEs with different set of plugins?

There is a person working with tenders. There are many different sites. Each site has its own set of plugins, sometimes 3-4 per site. Almost all platforms claim to work correctly only on IE. Of course, with the increase in the number of installed plugins, the browser began to blunt and blunt specifically. Up to a 10-minute wait until all the plugins fight among themselves for the page being loaded.
Accordingly, it would be nice to have a separate installation of IE for each platform with only those plugins that it needs. Is it possible to implement this?
